Not here I don't. In cmd.exe I get a blank line in response, and in Windows Powershell (in which they don’t work anyway) the result is the path of the executable quoted back at me (but without the enclosing quotes). That applies to all the transloaders.

In power shell, you need to do the 'nix like

.\

before the command name.

I had your experience when I tried them. Looking at the code, if they're called with no arguments the idea is they return an error number and message (the thing I quoted) (as a global atom (whatever that is)).

How do you get the error code from a command line program. Google suggests:
