Don't always want it maximised, just larger.
I want it the full width of the tool bar, but only half the screen in depth
(Up/Down).
That said, I don't have Peter's problem in either RO or Win OvPro.

In Win OvPro do the following:
Get your default doc the size you want on screen.
Menubar-Misc-Choices
With Choices on display, just click Save.
Rerun OvPro and that should do it.
