Interesting - just to muddy the water, there is the "Direct PS setting"
(Misc->Choices->Print), wonder if Dave and Andy have different values to
explain one working and one not.
Mine has the "Direct PS" box ticked. Language is "Printer level" font "Type 1"
Generic PS not ticked.
Crop check is also ticked.
