Okay.

I'm not sure about creating the paper size, so I may not have done what
you do, but I selected PDFCreator as my printer and selected properties.
On the Paper/Quality tab there is an advanced button. I clicked that.
This gives a page where you can select the paper size. One of the
options is PostScript Custom Paper Size. I chose that and set it to
2000mm x 350mm.

Yes that's the route I took originally before creating the permanent page
form.

Printing to that created a PDF with all the contents of your document.

I then downloaded the latest version of PDFCreator (2.5.1), did the same
and it still worked.

That is so strange, I've been trying for two months...

I did look into creating a custom paper size in the print server, but I
don't appear to have one. There is no print server in my devices and
printers control panel to set any forms for.

I see from your second posting, you found it.

So for anyone else looking...

Control Panel - Devices and Printers
Select the Printer and an additional set of options display next to the
two default options on the lower menubar.
Click "Print Server Properties" and you are there.

I would be very helpful with my testing if you could send me an image grab
of the OvPro Print Setup display.

A grab of the Properties window, and a grab of the Advanced window.

I would really appreciate it.
