KI - uh, it's a tournament. Fight!
Tekken - Kill the Mishimas!
SF - beat Ryu or Bison.

There are exceptions -
KoF - random allegiances, bloodlines, gods.
MK - ditto
GGX - desu!

And I'll grant that there are unusual characters with different storylines in 
the games. Like Rose, where uh, Bison decided to forcibly remove the Italian 
part of himself because it was making him weak... um... maybe I should check 
that again...

Enter the Void is meh...  Could have been a 100 times better if they didn't 
spend ages trying to get the viewer to understand the themes.  Good if you're

Tarkovksy's movies are challenging, mostly because they are in Russian, are 
often very surreal, and deal with difficult themes.  Not easy viewing.
The Massive Attack video is Unfinished Sympathy.  The one where they follow the 
singer (Shara Nelson) around the city.  They used to play that and Safe From 
Harm on Zero Hour Zone on TV4 (who remembers that?).  I thought you were 
talking about a movie called Massive Attack hehe.

First time I saw the Massive Attack video, I didn't realise that it was all one

Snake Eyes was an okay film. It wasn't bad or good... actually can't remember

I don't know if I can be arsed to watch Gravity. Maybe I'll put it on sometime 
while I'm reading. The only thing that I've heard about Gravity is that it is a 
very pretty film. No one seems to care about the story or script. That seems 
like a bit of a fail to me.

I haven't seen either, but last year there was Gravity which had a 17 minute 
opening shot.  Under the Skin had shots the seem to be influenced by filmmakers 
like Tarkovksy.  The Protector has a 4 minute long shot (the stair case fight 
scene).  Enter the Void is composed of long shots (about 1 to 2 minutes in 
length), joined together by psychedelic visuals.
In The Sacrifice, Tarkovsky's crew built a special house meant to be burned 
down in a 6 minute long shot.  Toward the end of the shot the camera jammed and 
the film was ruined.  It took them two weeks to refilm it.

Low budget?  Yes.  And it only opened in 4 cinemas, raking in less than $500k.  
But it's probably best considered Arthouse, not B movie.
You can't not notice the camera work in Birdman.  The entire movie, barring 1 
or 2 scenes in the beginning is shot in one long continuous sequence.  It's 
obviously an illusion but it's still great to watch.  There are scenes where 
they film in front of a mirror and you can't see the camera.  There's a seen 
where the camera follows Michael Keaton through a busy square in NYC.  And a 
great scene where the camera glides from the theatre rafters to the stage below.

I tend to figure that the camera work is only something you notice if it's done 
badly. I can't recall when last I noticed good camera work in a film.
Same with most of the things, I guess. It's only when the music is jarring and 
detracts from the scene that I actually notice it.
