You walk up to the person with the leve quests and they'll give you a few options for quests to do. The first time you do it at a town, it will be a specific battlecraft quest (and you'll earn double exp for it). After the initial one is done, you just walk up to them and talk and they'll give the option for battle/gather/craft. You need to be equipped as the right class when you talk to them, or they won't have the quests for you. Once you've picked the right one, you'll need to go somewhere on the map. When you get there, click on the quest and there should be an option for 'initiate'. If your level is higher than the quest, you can chose to up the difficulty of the quest (max 4 levels), and get better exp for it. If you're doing crafting or gathering quests, then handing in HQ items gives you a lot more exp. For the relic weapons, we'll need to kill the dhomra chimera thing. Need around 8 people for it - and it's not a duty, just a normal fight.
