I assume you know "constellations in the mind". You could start out by doing a
resourcing constellation. You asked them how they are feeling right now, or
about the course. Then you ask them to think of a (or more) resources, like
people they know, internal states, activities, etc. and place them next to them
or behind them or wherever it feels appropriate to give them strength. Then you
check in with each individual, or the group and notice how they are doing now.
Maybe they could borrow or swap resources, give each other ideas of what worked
for them, how and why.
Find out if there is a way to increase the field for the entire group. What
might they have in common...

If I were in a similar situation I might use visualization to do a simple
exercise with the entire group. Perhaps calling in a few of their close
ancestors and seeing how they appear. Have them do something simple like
express their appreciation for the life they have been given, then prompt
them to see how this changes the field and what their somatic experience is
of that. Perhaps have each one of them call in a resource (or something that
will support the ancestors) and see what their somatic experience is of that.
It would need to be a pretty simple demonstration but perhaps it would give
each person an experiential sense of this work. AND it could open the door to
lot's of process which may not be appropriate to deal with in the class. I
would want to be conscious of that.
I would think the power of the work would come out by a few people sharing
their experience. this is where the synchronicity and magic start to show
themselves.

Yes, I agree, its crazy to think of presenting theory without a significant
experiential component. Thats what I am trying to nut out. How to do that
with a dozen people, each sitting in a different part of the country (and the
world) on their individual computer, necessarily glued to the screen. Its a
challenge!
