[CTS] Re: Office Question

Sounds like something from the twilight zone! :-O  Why would it say anything
about XP? Hmm? Are you using the correct eraer tool? I've been told there
are different versions. Also are you using an updated/upgraded version of
O2K?

Also, instead of deleting the normal.dot, rename it and see what happens.
Also have to make sure WORD is closed. Of course I'm sure you knew that!
Also see if you have more than one of the normal.dot files laying about.
