Any trainings in Collaborative Law: I am a trained family law collaborative
lawyer as certified by the Law Society of British Columbia and our Continuing
Legal Education Society of British Columbia. I also attended the IACP Forum
this year.
What is your interest in Collaborative Law: I am not sure how to answer the
question “what is my interest in collaborative law”. I am the co-chair of
the Collaborative Divorce Association of Vancouver. I have chosen to pursue
an exclusively collaborative practice as I believe it is the most
constructive and effective model for the vast majority of separations and
divorces.
