Areas of practice: My practice consists of a mix of family law (divorce,
custody, guardianships, adoption), elder law (guardianship, conservatorship,
estate planning, probate administration), and a small portion of residential

Training in Collaborative Law: I have taken training in both Massachusetts and
New Hampshire with Stuart Webb. I joined the collab groups in both states.
My interest in Collaborative Law: Many of my divorce cases are handled in a
"collaborative" way although none yet formally. I am very interested in this
approach and believe it to fit my philosophy and temperment. I would much
rather negotiate than go to trial.
