I'm not sure, June. I just like to hear from NYC.
AND here's Norma in Houston
Name: Norma Levine Trusch
Firm: Norma Levine Trusch, Attorney at Law
Address: 4550 Post Oak Place, Suite 341, Houston, Texas 77027
Phone: 713/961-0256

email: norma@xxxxxxxx
I am board certified in Family Law. I have attended three different
Collaborative Law trainings -- two with Stu Webb and Pauline Tesler and
one with Chip Rose. My practice group authored, lobbied, and got passed
what I believe is the first statute authorizing collaborative law as an
alternative to litigation in the family law area. A notice of
collaborative law to a Texas court now removes the case from the usual
dockting process for a period of two years. Although the first training
in Texas was in January of 2000, I predict that it will become the
preferred method of conducting a divorce within the next five years, and
plan to be in the forefront of making that happen.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
