What is your interest in Collaborative Law: I am currently serving on the
board of the Colorado Collaborative Law Professionals.  My practice is
entirely devoted to resolving family disputes using alternative dispute
resolution including collaborative law and mediation.  I am a true believer
in the process and intend to continue this work.

private practice for 19 years..I work with
individuals, couples and families. I mediate
parenting plans, in small claims court, and in
employment disputes. I am a student in the Werner
Institute of Negotiation and Dispute Resolution at
Creighton Law School.

Any trainings in Collaborative Law: I participated

in a training with Stuart Webb at Creighton Law School
in 2004(date?). I have had extensive training in
mediation, both general and family.

What is your interest in Collaborative Law: I have

been an active member of the Nebraska Academy of
Collaborative Professionals since it began. My main
interest in collaborative law is to provide a better
way to resolve conflicts, enhance healing and move
forward in potentially destructive situations.
