Area(s) of practice: Family law (attorney/mediator)

Any trainings in Collaborative Law: Level I, Level II, Advanced
Collaborative Law (if I'm recalling the name correctly, by Pauline Tesler),
miscellaneous trainings through practice group.

What is your interest in Collaborative Law: I've been a litigator for more
than 14 years and wholeheartedly believe the collaborative approach to be so
much better at addressing all the needs of the parties, including emotional.
Litigation only escalates anger, even for the attorneys.

What is your interest in Collaborative Law?

I have been practicing Divorce Mediation since 1995 and Collaborative
Divorce since 2000.  I am a member of:  IACP; ARC; CCDM and Local
Collaborative Groups.  It is my wish to limit my practice solely to
mediation and collaborative divorce within the next (2) years.  My interest
in these alternative processes has developed after doing family litigation
since 1973.
