Any trainings in Collaborative Law: I have presented on topics related to
collaborative law locally, in state-wide conferences and to national
audiences
What is your interest in Collaborative Law: I gave up litigation in 2000
and since then I have limited my practice to collaborative law, mediation
and co-mediation that I do with a collaboratively trained therapist, while
integrating other collaboratively trained neutral professionals off line.
I am one of the founding members of the collaborative group in our county
and served on its board for a decade. I am on the board of our state wide
collaborative group, and am co-chairing a committee of the Family Law
Section of the FL Bar to create a certification for collaborative
practitioners in our state. Last year I was one of the principal
organizers of our first state-wide collaborative conference at which Woody
was our key-note speaker and Catherine Conner gave a wonderful 3-hour
presentation. This year I am again playing the same role and we have the
privilege of having Nancy Cameron as our keynote and Ross Evans who will be
giving a presentation as well.
