What is your interest in Collaborative Law: Fanatic, some might say. I am
on the board of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals
and edit the Collaborative Review with Pauline Tesler. I am webmaster for
IACP as well. I am chair of the San Francisco Collaborative Law Group and
past chair of the Bay Area Collaborative Law Group. Pauline Tesler and I
are working with our presiding judge to draft local rules creating a
Collaborative Law Department. I have made the conscious decision to refuse
litigation cases and can already see (a decline in my income and....) a
major shift in my feelings about what I do!
