What is your interest in Collaborative Law: I resigned from the bench after
10 years of watching the court system destroy families who were struggling
through a divorce. I happened upon a Collaborative Divorce session at the
Annual ABA Conference in D.C. in 2002 and have been hooked ever since. I am
in the process of establishing an interdisciplinary group(s) in Omaha and
hopefully Lincoln, Ne.
