I used to have a civil litigation and appellate practice in California,
which I wound down a couple of years ago.  I have been working as a
contract
research attorney while I investigate other areas of practice.  I am not
licensed in Massachusetts yet, but when I do become licensed I am
interested
in practicing family law in a collaborative fashion.

What is your interest in Collaborative Law:

I am interested in all non-adversarial approaches to conflict.  I am
editing
the newsletter for Renaissance Lawyer Society, which collects resources
for
various non-adversarial approaches, including collaborative law.  I also
want to hear about lawyers who are successfully integrating collaborative
law and other approaches into their practice.
