carl Michael,
How are you doing, long time...etc.
One of my closest friends is Don Saposnek who is the editor of ACR's Family
News Section. Don has been on the sidelines watching the collaborative
movement evolve while supporting its growth and development. He has made
the theme of several of the quarterly publication's editions, the
relationship between mediation and collaborative practice. He is also a
nationally recognized expert in facilitating parenting disputes between
divorcing couples. He will likely be presenting at the New Orleans
conference based on discussions we are having with Talia. I would like him
to join the listserve and am mindful of the questionaire that people fill
out to do so. Am I correct in assuming that the inquiries about what
training one has had and which group one belongs to are not litmus tests
but informational to be sure that appropriate people join the community?
If so, I would like to extend an invitation to Don. Thanks for your help.
