What is your interest in Collaborative Law: I believe most clients are best
served by a focus on settlement right from the beginning of their dispute or
divorce. I feel collaborative practice with parties represented by
attorneys may be more appropriate/effective than mediation in some
circumstances, and also a better alternative than litigation in most
circumstances. The team approach can be very helpful for some people.
