What is your interest in Collaborative Law: My interest, for now, is
collaborative family law, although I welcome eventually being involved in
the collaborative process for business litigation. I am a co-founder and
board member of Collaborative Professionals of Nevada, a recently formed
not-for-profit association whose purpose, among other thing, is to promote
the use of collaborative law and to educate attorneys, mental heath
professionals and financial specialists, and the general public about the

Virtually 100% of my practice is now family law. I do some Wills by more
and more the focus of my practice is family law.
I am in my tenth year of practice. I have taken 6 days of Collaborative
Family Law (C.F.L.) training in Ottawa. I spent two days with Michael
Potter. I have taken four days with a group of trainers - Goodwin, Ruppert,
Roche, George and Macdonald.
I have been practicing C.F.L. for a couple of years now. I am a founding
member of the Ottawa group. I am on the board of directors (Chris Arnold is
the President). I am a member of I.A.C.P. - which is where I saw
information on this group.
I am interested in the dialogue among the profession in C.F.L.
