I'm not too sure about Memdisk, but Diskemu suppports many alternative
disk geometries such as 360kb, 720kb, etc. that BIOS emulation (ala
Isolinux) does not.

Hopefully I can tell you if there's a problem after you send me the
image. Also, when experiencing problems such as these, it's generally
good to try the disc on a second computer (if possible) to see if it
works any better.
