If you're going to get an SC game don't bother with four... just go right to 5. 4 was okay, but not great... 5 is looking to be the best one yet. Blazblue and UMVC 3 are okay too, but fast. And define gaming chair... how does this let you know where you are on the screen? ----- Original Message ----- From: "dan cook" <dan.scook@xxxxxxxxx>

i'm from the Uk, and this gaming chair helps incredibly, i know where
i am on screen at all times. :D
I've got enough cash to get a few more games, i'm considering umvc3
instead of the original, sc4 and one or both of the blazblue's.
I've been looking on gamefaqs and so far haven't found any movelists
for sc4. well actuallly, i tell a lie, only about 5 char specific
ones so that'll take a lot of learning.

Anyways, back on topic, i'm just about to start chapter 7, which is
great because playing as Jacks i found to be not that much fun at all.

Works well enough... seems like you're still at the beginning. Let me know when you get further in, and after you play as nightwolf. Then I'll tell you
what I was thinking about. While I'm at it... if you have leftover cash,
keep an eye out for Soul Calibur 5... I posted a few vids a while back.
Game's coming out on the 31st here in NA, but I can't remember if you're
from here or the UK.

ok, that wasnt so hard afterall, thanks to a combo of block, flying
kick, xray and spamming fireball. Lol

that's true, i so far am not a huge fan of playing as Cage at the
moment, thank god i didn't have any handycaps with him.

Also, i agree with you about it being a bit annoying only getting to
see the good guys side, as i'd love to get a better insight into
Reptile for example

Yeah, MK's story mode is really good... a first fror a fighting game,
and
most others should follow it. Personally though, I don't like the fact
that
the game forces you to play certain characters... it would've been
nicer
to
have you choose the characters you wanted to play before a given
fight.
And
it would've been nicer to give you something other than the story from
all
the good guys' point of view. lol.

true,
i started in easy for a little while, mainly through arcade as i got it completely wrong first time round and set it to max... i think you
can guess how that turned out.
i'm mostly playing on normal dificulty now.
I just like how the story mode actually makes you want to play as
some
of the chars who you might not have considered before.
For instance i never really liked Leu Kang, but i find him pretty fun to play as here. currently spamming fireballs, uppercuts and bicycle
kicks against gorro as my previous stratigies haven't yet worked.

Mk is brilliant. I love how much more challenging it is even in
easy
mode compared to armageddon and so on.
I've currently learned that I absolutely hate handycap matches and
that gorro is crazy. I've beaten him in one round though, only
need
one more... :D

lol I just thought of that as soon as that message was sent...
well I got it about a week ago with MK9 and ff13, loving it so
far.
However there'll be a fair few questions on the latter game
coming
up
in the near future. :D

Hi,
thanks for this, I've just set up my ps3 with hdmi so I'll
definitely
give this a go if the audio delay has a major impact on my game
playing.

Hello, I don't know if anyone has noticed the small audio
delay
when
using
an HDMI cable. If so, I have found a way to fix itt. However,
it
only
works
if you're using a ps3, and either have an alternative audio
device
like

a
gaming headset or speakers for your TV. Leave the HDMI cable
connected
to
your ps3, and also connect the AV cables that came with your
ps3.
In
your
ps3s audio settings, look for something like (Multi Audio
Output),
and
activate that. Then, plug your audio device into the AV cables
and
just
leave the video connecter on the AV cables alone. Note, the
audio
will
play
through both the AV cable, and the HDMI cable, the audio from
the
AV
cable
will not have a delay. Hope this helps.

Also, how do I unsubscribe from the list?
