[BNU] Question about resets

Hey, y'all. I'm worried that something is wrong with my unit. Here for the last couple days or so, regardless of how long I hold my reset button, my Apex always says "Memory scan". Also, half of the resets I must perform don't finish as it will get to about 72 and stop, forcing me to press the reset button again. I thought that the memory scan resets were the 7-second press resets, but I'm getting this message even on the press-release resets. I hope I haven't made everyone confused! Just wondering if y'all have had this problem. Let me know.
