Hi Linda!

Wow, that long? *L* I don't have the patience for that...how do you do it? *L*

Hi, Maithe. I may have the record slow time because I proof everything and
baby-sit the scanner from start to finish to read and correct everything as I
scan. It can take me a week to two weeks to scan a book.

A migraine is slowing the process down today even more. Monica, I admire
your ability to concentrate and write when you are sick. I am hoping and
praying that you will feel better soon.

Heck, it can take me almost 8 hours to scan a paperback, and that is with
a 2 page scan. I guess I have a slow scanner too!

        Hi Shane!

It takes me about 2.5-3.0 hours to scan a book. The textbooks can take
me
all night long. I think I am going to have to buy a new and faster
scanner.
To me, my previous scanner was faster than this one. Anybody have
        suggestions for very fast scanners?

        Maithe
