[bookport] new to the list

Hello, I'm Barb and just bought the bookport. Got it working ok but had trouble transferring the updated software to the bookport. It wouldn't load. Then shut off JAWS 7 and for some reason it worked. Is there a known conflict with JAWS? Even the CD stopped when trying to update from 2.0 to 2.2. --Barb
