I think that the issue of a dictionary isn't Doubletalk/Eloquence but 
rather limitations in the amount of memory that the developers wish to 
allow for a dictionary.
I run a Triple talk internal with my desktop and a TrippleTalk USB on my 
notebook and because the Window-Eyes dictionary is there, any and all 
changes are possible.
So I doubt if APH had opted for Eloquence, this would be any different.
