[bookport] Re: another question

Some computers have both USB and fire wire. The connection for Fire Wire
looks similar to USB but it is not the same dimensions. I would make sure
that you are not trying to plug the USB cable into a File Wire port. I use
my Bookport on two different computers and have had no difficulty inserting
the USB cable into both computers.
