I am not passing judgement on anyone, believe me. I just wonder if Sound Taxi is legal? It seems like it is breaking some copyright or another, but I am not sure. Again, I am not targeting anyone with this question; it is curiosity only.

Get a program called Sound Taxi from www.soundtaxi.com It will convert the DRM files for you.
