[bookport] New Beta Available

Ok! There is a new beta of Book Port Transfer available. This one should
run.

For anyone who is stuck with the one that doesn't run, take the
following steps:

1. Download www.aph.org/beta/bp_beta.exe 

2. Install the downloaded file.

This should fix the problem, and get you the latest beta.
