If this is a dumb question, so be it. I have downloaded the new beta but in trying to install it I am told to close all instances of bookport transfer, but I haven't figured out how to do this while connected to the bookport. I tried uninstalling, but the system wouldn't let me do that either. Al Gayzagian algayzag@xxxxxxxxxxx
