Hi, I've noticed some wierd things also. When using the D E F keys it
never holds my settings now. For a while it would hold the time but nothing
else, now it doesn't do even That!! I listen to alot of m P 3 files,
just finished Knife of Dreams for any Wheel of time fans, and am
gettingerratic results. sometimes when I press the one-beep for the time it
just squeeks or doesn't respond at all. Tom Hawkins

And you probably get an error from windows saying the USB device has malfunctioned. I wonder if it is a software problem with beta 8 and d+e+f? I put 8 back in mine and will try not doing d+e+f and see what happens.
