Hi:

Just to clarify, once again, Springer is no longer supporting these.  Even 
though they wer willing to sell dorrs and cases to you, that was last year.  As 
of August of 08, they have decided not to service or support this product.

                                I actually got Springer to sell me a few 
replacement items about a year ago.  The plastic cover can be pretty easily 
removed with a very small screwdriver and you may be able to figure out if the 
stubborn key just needs a little adjustment or re-alignment.  I had lost the 
battery cover and they would only sell me and entire replacement cover for it.

FYI, I do have a six month old Bookport for sale in perfect condition.
