                                I actually got Springer to sell me a few
replacement items about a year ago.  The plastic cover can be pretty easily
removed with a very small screwdriver and you may be able to figure out if
the stubborn key just needs a little adjustment or re-alignment.  I had lost
the battery cover and they would only sell me and entire replacement cover
for it.

 

FYI, I do have a six month old Bookport for sale in perfect condition.
