have a question, that is fine, but if you do not answer, I assume this
would present no problem for you.

Larry, Given the way you phrased your message, I suspect you only want
responses from people who do not have administrator privileges.  That
would save the list and you from a lot of responses telling you that
this would make no difference to them.  Yes? No?  Just trying to cut
down on traffic here.

How many of you on this list do _not_ run your PC as an administrator?

This question only applies to Windows XP.

We are thinking of requiring administrative privledges to perform
firmware updates, and we would like to get an idea of how this would
effect the general user.
