To some extent I can agree with you. However, if a company talks of
deadlines and doesn't appear to honour them, doesn't update its news
page nor post anything to the news list, it does make you wonder. The
fact that someone tried to phone them and didn't get any answer and they
have not replied to emails might imply many things.
