I had this done recently but my local dealer handeled the whole thing. It cost
about the same.

I have tried emails to support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx <mailto:support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
and phone calls to the contact number listed on the web site. I am getting no
response. I either need the new Bookcourier or I need to have my keys
refurbished as they have done for me in the past for $45. As the subject says,
has anybody heard anything?
