Well, it does not get much better than that :)

My notes:
Consider dropping the Raptors. I had the 10k disks, noise was high and I could not say they where quicker. Noise might not be a problem for you since you are going for the 1000W anyway :)
Also, like Marius say's. Consider using 32bit Vista. If not, make it dualboot with XP. That way you get it all :) 

That's gonna be a kick ass machine...
