Glad things are much better now. Here's a tip for you and others. Both Replay 
AV and Replay Converter have settings built-in where you can tell them to use 
lesss CPU usage. The less CPU usage the longer it takes for your files to be 
converted. To find these settings do
Replay AV 8 go to file menu with alt+f choose settings then choose "other" tab 
page properties sheet.

With Replay Converter choose options button with spacebar to bring up the 
dialog box. You will see radio buttons there and one them is for low setting.
