[blind-chess] RE General Game Policies

I personally feel that there needs to be some time limits on friendly games.  
Too often  friendly games proceed way to slow and that takes a lot of the fun 
out of it. I would suggest a total reflection time of 7 days per friendly game 
per player. What do you all think?
