Hi all,
No, the hours belong to Community Service, not the other way around.
Dunnow if belong is the right word, but those hours are to be spent in
Community Service, they belong to or are owned by, or are hmmm, given
to, ah, that's it, given to, as in a gift, so the apostrophe is
correct. I said in my previous post that it's so strange, it must be
correct. I think it is. It's a weirdness to be sure.
