Yes, Ann, you spelled it right, as far as I know.
Fortunately, when I made it, the thin sheets--I forget
what they're called--were available and I didn't have
to roll out the dough. Even with that it was a sticky
and delicate job, separating the sheets and spreading
them and layering them. The result was excellent,
though, and I was proud of myself. Now I neither cook
nor bake--I've retired from the kitchen. smile
