Other than the newegg.com address no. I didn't keep that. My wife bought two for her office. I'll see if she has the link, but don't wait on this, I don't know how long that price will last. Plus, at that low a price, it would be cheaper to look for what's on sale and buy that instead of replacing toner and cartridges.
