Yes, definitely after books are in the collection. I have found new authors
to try in that way--by looking at people's lists when I have read good books
they have scanned.

I am pretty sure that once you allow your name to be shown, it goes
retroactive. Like books you've had accepted into the collection, before it
would show just that it was scanned by a volunteer but now it will show it
was scanned by you. I don't know if it works that way on step 1 but I am
pretty sure it does once they're in the collection.
