There are quite a few people on the list who want to know about other people, and forwarding to them individually is way more time-consuming than just posting here. I would think it would be .k. if people are really careful about changing the subject line, but I suppose I could join the other list and suggest to the subjects of interest that they do,too. There wouldn't be a lot of posts off the topic of volunteering. Daria's point about posting what's going on with her makes a point. When I was off the list because of health reasons a while back a lot of people were worried, and if I'd thought of postingwhat was happening they wouldn't have to be. On the other hand, I wouldn't have known how many people cared about me and missed me., big smile Cindy Cindy >________________________________ > From: Dasha Radford <dasha95@xxxxxxxxx> >To: "bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx" <bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> >Sent: Thursday, June 7, 2012 7:29 PM >Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: List purpose > > > >Sent from my iPhone > >On Jun 7, 2012, at 9:09 PM, misha <mishatronics@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: > >> Well, in the description of the list purpose posted previously it does say >> something about volunteers getting to know each other--but that was the last >> item in the list of purposes.
