Hi Jill,
It's quotes being replaced with apostrophes that's caused by British printing,
not apostrophes being replaced by single quotes. The problem you're having was
likely caused by Openbook. Please select one of the single quotes, paste it
into the find box, and do a replace all with an apostrophe. Apostrophe for
single quote is acceptable for electronic texts, but single quote for
apostrophe is incorrect and will be disgusting in the brf file.
