I don't think so. Grave is grave. I use the apostrophe
as the single quote. In the symbols in the Insert file
there are single quote one an insert: they are Unicode
characters 8216 and 8217, if tht means nything to you 
(it doesn't to me) or Times New Roman 212 and 213
(whatever that means).
