Dear Ann & Nimit;

I hate to burst your bubble, but not only is To Kill a Mockingbird listed as a
read now action in Google Chrome, but it opens nicely for me.

Was I the only one that noticed the heavy emphasis on preference for Google
Chrome with the new feature? I realize people are saying that is not compatible
with the current Jaws software, and that is unfortunate. Since Google Chrome
is considered the most stable and secure browser, not subject to random
updates, that's my guess why it was chosen. In the past they had worked with
Firefox, but with updates coming out all the time, they could never stay up to
date.

Hope you figure out a way to make it more accessible for each of you…

Valerie

Hi all,

Nimit, you haven't done anything wrong at all. The reading link is not visible
for To Kill A Mockingbird by Lee. You aren't going nuts, you haven't crossed
into the twilight zone. The link simply isn't there. Suspect that not all
books have the read Now option. I think it is taking a while to process all
hundred and sixty thousand books.

Suggest if you want to read this and start your assignment, you'd best download
the book in the regular way. Since I know that Madeleine is monitoring this
list, she may look and tell you the same thing. Me, I'd write to
support@xxxxxxxxxxxxx and ask them if they can enable the reading feature for
To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee. <smiling> That's why I asked you what
you were attempting to read. Best to check actual stuff. It ain't there,
folks. Nimit isn't crazy, no need to fill out commitment papers.
