I am having those exact same experiences; I can't help worrying a little, however, that there may be something wrong with the book such as my removing headers, etc. I don't plan on submitting anymore until the ones are approved that are already there. By the way, do we think there are 10,000 blind and visually impaired computer users in the U.S. I am amazed when in groups how few are using computers.

That's fantastic that your book was approved so quickly. I think my record was 2 days.

I keep collecting more and more proof that the admin approval step is done in no particular order. I have been waiting 2 months for some very simple books with all information clearly stated to be approved and that is really annoying because I only have needed 1 approval to have my membership renewed. I guess they decided the last thing bookshare needs is another Star Trek or Nancy Drew book. I have validated and have seen books submitted much later that have made it to the collection already. I also know that the delay was not caused by slow validators, because they told me when they were finished. I just think going through the payment process for 1 lousy dollar is a bit silly. :-)

I just thought I'd let you all know, partly because I was so surprised,
that that book that I had been discussing regarding stripper issues is
already up on bookshare for everyone to read. I had submitted it on
Tuesday night and got a message a little while ago saying that it's
already been approved and put up. That's the quickest I've ever seen a
book processed.

So hope those of you who like cookbooks enjoy "Pickles Peaches and
Chocolate".
