Fascinating. Visually, wordpad does not show page breaks. They are there, you can insert them and usually accidentally because you don't know where they are delete them, but not see them. Jarte, shows them visually, but apparently does not indicate them in screen readers. In the old days I told people that it was easy to use computers because all you had to do is be smarter than a chip that can only process 8 bits at a time. Then I told people you had to be smarter than the programmer. These days, I find it hardest to use programs written by people that just aren't bright enough to figure out how to make their programs do what people expect them to do.

For me, the icons used in the default interface are just too small to tell what they are supposed to represent.
