That's a problem with the scanning, then. Can you
firgure out how to put in the numbers  based on what
you have, or can you get the book and do it from that?
If not, tell me the title, author, and edition and if
I can get the book I can help you.

For the future information, as Kaitlyn said, some
paperbacks don't have page numbers either, oddly
enough, I've seen at least one like that. I think
probably it was rebound in such a way as to lose the
page numbers that might have been originally at the
top.
